IS HTML NECESSARY FOR BLOG?

This leads me to think of the tags "Edit Html" and "Compose".You can either enter the content on the "Compose" panel or the "Edit Html" panel. Problems will arises when you want to align the text to the center or you want a line below the heading, just like this post, where the Heading is in the center and below the heading you see a line.You can do this if you now some basic knowledge of HTML code. I remembered that when I was using Compose panel to insert images, the last image I uploaded always place at the top (1st picture). If you know how HTML code work, you can edit it in the "Edit Html" panel, to place the image on any sequence you want.
